Attempted Break In

Last night I was disturbed by a loud clunking noise. I switched on the bedroom light and lifted the blind. I kept watching and saw a figure walking up longmoor rd towards the village. We live in Griggs Green by the Deers Hut. I alerted my husband. He went outside to investigate and found an attempted break in to several sheds.
I rang the police and within 10 mins somebody was with us. They were fantastic...looked all over and drove around the village looking for the people involved.
Please be aware that this is happening again. Remember to secure all outbuilsings and homes correctly.
