Ridiculous Traffic Lights Portsmouth Road

Who on earth decided that temp traffic lights would be a good idea during the school run in the morning!
Secondly, how can people be so stupid. If you can see you cant get to the other side of the lights. Why don’t you wait and let the traffic move!
