I thought it was going ahead with future light industrial to the rear and new community gardens along the river.

Is this the one near Lucky the horse or another one?
If it's Lucky's field no planning permission has been submitted yet as far as I'm aware, unless I have missed something.
In my understanding, the proposed communal gardens near the river are for the use of the private estate that is being proposed and not for the general use of the village.

This has been discussed on here before, no communal public gardens are planned, not planning application has so far been submitted, if it gets permission, the RWT will be gifted a parcel of land along the riverbank to turn it into somewhere nicer than it is and it would have public access but not " communal gardens". The communal gardens would be private.

Last I heard was they were exploring an option of opening up a walkers path by the river to exit at the bridge. Memorial Path Way? The existing path would be diverted to become an access road for the houses. Then the future light industrial units at the back.

Hi the ground you are on about is very boggy this ground if built on well I would not like a house there. My friends dad worked those fields and cows were lost in the bogs. In the second world war prisoner worked on the bogs

I believe they are going to put a drainage system in to collect the bog water in catchment ponds near the river. Sounds like a good place for breeding mosquitos.
