digging in my garden?

hi my garden is completely grass and not nice grass either. moss everywhere, awful.
I have cut in a small area out of the grass to use for vegetables - and for me using a shovel to lift up the turf was more hard work than i can quite frankly be bothered to do (I'm more of a pretty flower/pruning gardener)
I want a reasonably thin strip of turf cut out from one edge of the lawn so that i can use it as a flower bed. Its only a small lawn so probably a 1hour-1.5 hour job? And whatever is dug to be removed. I have a shovel and rake etc so i guess anyone could do it if they wanted to earn some extra cash.
Anyone know anybody that would do it asap and cheap?
I have plants ready to go in it!
