I was wondering about this too, and if you have a look at the link below they have not yet released tickets, but expect to by the end of March

Access will be by ticket only and there will be no pedestrian access; you will have to arrive by bus from the designated Park & Ride. The ticket price will be £6 for adults and £3 for children (all children under the age of 16), to include the car park and bus fare - and no dogs or bicycles allowed.

You can register your interest by email to Caroline White at c.white@surreycc.gov.uk

In case, you were not aware, the Liphook Walkers and Ramblers Group are organising a walk through the A3 Tunnel on the 14th May..I don't know how to but I am sure,Alan our expert Editor can attach the hyperlink?

I believe you still have to book and pay for your tickets individually.

I was tempted to do a walk through the tunnel, but then I thought the view might get a bit boring!!! The entrances are the interesting bit!!

It's alright Sharon ... they've done the boring bit.

Hi, after seeing that the money raised will be donated to local charities, I thought I'd look it up, and see how to make a request..... it looks like it is only available for charities in Surrey, according to the website http://www.communityfoundationsurrey.org.uk/grant.html
Has an other Hampshire based charity been successful? It would seem a little unfair that only people north of the tunnel should benefit!
