Local builder - Sooze (19th Mar 2011 - 11:12:41) Please could anyone recommend a good reliable, economic builder for a small extension. Have being trying to contact Steve Edwards (Construction) in Headley but have lost him tel no. Thanks.

Re: Local builder - Bob (19th Mar 2011 - 16:45:13) To avoid the dodgy firms I would recommend looking at Checkatrade.com which lists firms that have been vetted and receive ratings from previous customers. It was through Checkatrade that I found a local builder called Resimix in Liss who did some very good work for me but there are plenty of other good companies. It's worth getting two or three quotes before you decide.

Contact details are: 01428 722534 He is very aware of all the regulations in place and will advise you as to what is the most affordable way to proceed. He has a very impressive portfolio as well
