Bright sparks

I'm sure other intelligent people are thinking the same as me with regards to the
Bright Sparks who park on the Portsmouth rd close to the traffic lights.
Bright Sparks, you must realise its causing traffic problems, please consider others.
Please before someone mentions there being no double yellow lines, there aren't lines on the roundabouts either, should we start parking on one !!! just use your common sense.
