Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga Sessions
Regular Chair Yoga classes start back after the Winter break.
The first session will be Monday, 7 January.
Weekly Sessions:
Mondays 9:30 - 10:30
Mondays 11:00 - 12:00
Fridays 11:00 - 12:00
These sessions are for anyone who would like to start exercise classes but struggles to get up from the floor - there is no age restriction on these sessions. Just come and join in and work at your own pace. No previous experience needed. The programme changes every six week.
These exercises are yoga inspired and we use chairs as part of the session, either to sit on or to support any standing poses. They are a good laugh too.
We meet at Liphook Methodist Church, London Road, GU30 7AN.
Investment £5.00 pay as you go or £22.50 for a block of 5 weeks.
