These people in the past have acted as reconnaissance scouts and they pass on information to burglar contacts. Also seen along Tunbridge Cresent/ Paddock Way today. Old transit van with two men with dark hair waiting nearby to pick them up?

One carried a sheaf of what looked to be fliers although they did not put one through my door as I had answered the bell. Asked if I owned the house and when I said No they walked off. Chap who rang the bell was looking up at my roof and gutters !!!
