Children's and teens self defence

Systema, self defence classes, for children and teens at the Methodist Church, Liphook.
Classes ;
Children's (ages 5-11) - Saturday 11-12pm
Teens (ages 11-16) - Saturday 12-1pm
Adults (16+) - Thursday 89pm
Experienced / qualified instructors teaching how to avoid trouble and defend yourself using effective movement and simple techniques.
Teens class suitable for DofE Physical activity sign off.
