Fusion Flow classes in Liphook

Fusion Flow class Wednesdays at 7pm at the Methodist Church, London Road, Liphook.
Flow is a mixture of Yoga, Tai Chi and Systema to work the body and calm the mind. Suitable for all ages.
£8 per class, pay as you go.

Yoga / Tai chi Flow class every Wednesday at 7pm at the Methodist Church, London Road, Liphook.
A mixture of Yoga and Tai Chi which works the body by promoting movement, flexibility, balance, strength and stress reduction. Suitable for all ages.
£8 per class, pay as you go.

Hi, would we need to bring anything (ie a mat) to this class?? I have never done anything like this before, but am interested in having a try!
