Census form

I'm intrigued that the census advertising claims that it will be used to plan public services.
The only 'public service' question that it asks appears to be 'how do you usually travel to work' !
So, from your reading of the form, what public services do you think the government can actually plan using the data we provide ?

Are you aware that the form has been sent to all business premises, including the Peak Centre, and the Parish Office to name just two.
If this is repeated through the country what a waste of money, paper and time!!
