Dogs been poisoned

Just a heads up, that someone in The Mead has found blue pellets which is Rat poison in their garden, which I believe had been eaten by their dog, which according to facebook has killed the dog.
Whether this is an isolated thing or not,..is not known.....so just beware those of you that have dogs
