Liphook Village Square

I walked through the Square yesterday. Can anyone give me the answer to these questions?
1. Square Dental
Why has this sat empty for at least two years? And is it ever going to be anything?
2. The derelict takeaway and car parts properties on the Portsmouth Road
What is happening with these properties? Both the buildings scheduled for demolition and the new build behind them?
Yes - I am just being nosy. :)
The retail offer in the Square - like so many similar areas/high streets in the UK - seems very fragile at the moment, with too many empty properties. And the sooner EHDC lets Lloyds bank reinstate its ATM the better...!

Correction that is London road , Portsmouth Road is the road from Lloyds bank south bound

Can't comment on Portsmouth Road, but I heard from a friend that Square Dental is tied up in zoning issues.
