Sainsburys Nectar Points

If you have shopped at Sainsburys over the last few days you probably won't have had your Nectar Points added to your card. Check your receipt and take it back to customer services and they will add them. Apparently it is a 'system fault'. It would be correct of the cashiers to be advising customers but in general they are not.

When I shopped in Sainsburys yesterday the lady at the till certainly did advise me that Nectar had a problem and that it was widespread and she did advise me to go to customer services to get my points added. She also apologised on behalf of Nectar. I find the staff at Sainsburys very helpful and polite.
