Hopefully it not your actual name but why should we take you seriously with that? Also why do you think the CEO of a massive company would have the time to answer thousands of emails from customers? Who do you actually think you are demanding a response from an email address belonging to someone that if they dedicated 20 hours a day too, probably wouldn't get through half of them. Sure he should have a team do it for him if indeed he has actually published it for the purposes of having members of the public grumble to him (I doubt he has) that their local had pickled eggs on Tuesday but none on Friday, but then what would be the point of emailing that team when you could just walk into the store and demand more pickled eggs. And finally, I have read the comments regarding the supermarket on another chain, not found anything more serious that couldn't be dealt with by speaking to the correct people in the store itself. But oh no, lets plaster it all over Liphook forum using hidden names for that's going to work! Some of the posters on here need to get a grip of themselves
