Incompetent mail delivery staff - Not amused (12th Sep 2018 - 20:52:36) Is it seriously too much to ask to have Royal Mail delivery staff that are literate and numerate? Apparently it is. Sick of receiving junk mail despite having opted out through Royal Mail's own official channel - 7 more pieces today (what a waste of resources). To cap that 2 items of my neighbour's mail as well. Or perhaps it was their junk too. Take some pride in your work for goodness sake or change your job.

By the way, I know the junk mail is irritating but our postie told us that without it there would be no delivery service. Not an ideal situation but hardly the fault of the person who delivers.

As for mistake with neighbours mail hey chill mistakes happen just walk it round and pop it through door, have a chat with postie not slam them on here, these people do a great job

Don't knock them, out in all weathers even if only delivering junk mail it's probably all some lonely people receive. The postman is sometimes the first to know if something is wrong.

Our regular guy, Damion is a delight. He is efficient, fun, kind, thoughtful and always friendly. He is also very well presented in all weathers, and a credit to the Post Office. We were worried when our lovely Barbara retired we wouldn't have anybody as special, but.... we have not been disappointed. Thank you.

I find all the royal mail staff very efficient and very polite. Damien is amazing. And is always happy and cheery and delivers my parcels and mail to my house. Really don't know what you are moaning about. They all do a fantastic job. I am not surprised you didn't put your real name.
