Homeswap London for Liphook

My mother has a Victoria 4/5 bed house in Wandsworth London and wants to move to Liphook or surrounded areas to be nearer family she’s looking for a 2/3 bed property if anyone would be interested or knows anyone who would be?!?

Why wouldn’t you sell the London property and use the cash to buy in Liphook, surely your limiting your options attempting to find and swap properties? Wouldn’t they need to be off equal value?
