Building on the field behind Lark Rise?

Hi, I've lived in Lark Rise for 2 years and have noticed they have just started doing something in the fields behind the bend. They have set up a few containers and have made a sort of road/entrance off Lark Rise. I haven't received any info about any building happening there, does anyone know about it?

I suspect it is just the north eastern corner of the Lowsley Farm construction. Now called Oak Park by Taylor Wimpey.

They are building the community parkland area and very nice it looks too.
We've got one of the ponds being dug behind our house currently and cant wait top start using the walks and wildlife areas.
