Door to door sales AGAIN!!! - Andy (30th Aug 2018 - 12:22:42) Yet again we have the rude door to door sales boys knocking doors and when being told no thank you they hurl abuse at you, your wife and your kids. How many more complaints to 101 will it take to have this scheme and these vile individuals removed. They were in Headley Road at 12.10 and headed off in the direction of Tower Road

I'm not in the habit of shutting the door in peoples faces but this guy was not going anywhere so in the end I had to. Have rung 101, but suspect it's a waste of time.

When I politely explained that I don't buy anything off the doorstep, he got really rude and started to accuse me of laughing at him (?!) - don't know where that accusation came from! Re: Door to door sales AGAIN!!! - Freya (30th Aug 2018 - 16:05:17) Phone 01962 833620 to request a free "We do not buy goods or services at the door - please do not cold call." door sticker. From Hampshire county council. Do not answer the door once you have the sticker on. It works for me.

However, the young lad I answered the door to yesterday was very polite and friendly, even after I told him I don't buy at the door.

However in the past these people have been observing property and who is at home. They pass this information on to burgulars and car thieves.
