Hall Hire
- Debbie (23rd Feb 2011 - 10:59:36)
Hi, I'm looking at hiring a hall for a child's 4th birthday party in May. Nothing too huge, needs to fit around 22 children, preferably with tables and chairs for lunch, and possibly room for a bouncy castle! Can anyone give me any recommendations and possible costs?
Thanks in advance.

The Liphook Guide and Scout Halls are available for hire for childrens' parties @ £16.00 an hour. We have plenty of space and tables chairs etc plus a kitchen.
If you would like more details please contact us via the Guide website

or the Scout website

Depends where you're based, but I know that Lindford village hall (on the new estate at the end of Windsor road) definitely has bookings for kids parties, and also has room for a bouncy castle, (seen MANY bouncy castles while walking my mutt!) Not sure on prices though....

The Church Centre is good - if you book the smaller part of the hall, next to the kitchen then it's £30 ish for a morning or afternoon - or the whole hall for about £40ish. There are rules on bouncy castles though - not sure what they are - maybe just outside in the garden area, which should be ok in May.
I had some entertainers - David and Katie Corrie for my daughter's 4th - they were excellent!

Liphook Village Hall in the Headley Road if they are free. I had a bouncy castle in there many years ago and still enough room for table of food down at the kitchen end.
Telephone Booking Secretary Margaret Madgwick on 729080.
Have fun!
