Sought: Expert HD TV technician or advice

Any ideas where to seek local help with TV settings, to do with advance HD problems, disabling Super UHD (4K)? plus general advice or help with normal satellite TV channels, DVD players etc.?

Bush, an offer of help doesn't usually need qualification checking unless the law mandates it. Pretty sure TVs don't require this!
