Manager Vacancy Peak Day Centre - Paul Robinson (1st Aug 2018 - 13:14:29) PEAK DAY CENTRE MANAGER The Peak Day Centre has a vacancy for a Manager at its facility in the Midhurst Road. The hours of work are 8.30 am to 3.30 pm for three days on a rotating fortnightly basis, e.g. Wednesday and Thursday of the first week and Tuesday of the second. The manager would be responsible for the smooth running of a day care facility on behalf of 16 - 18 elderly members of the Parish and to assist in providing a comfortable, caring, stimulating and secure environment. The manager is responsible for arranging volunteer drivers to collect clients and return them at the end of their day. To encourage and support a team of volunteer helpers who administer to the needs of individual clients. The manager would be responsible for devising a weekly programme of activities and entertainment to stimulate and amuse our clients. The successful applicant would need to be well organised, numerate, computer literate and a skilled compassionate communicator.
