Dining Chairs

Does anyone know where I can purchase dining chair covers from? I bought chairs and a table from Homebase a few years ago and the plastic (I think) on the dining chairs is wearing out, splitting and coming off revealing a not very pleasant sight underneath. I toyed with the idea of getting padded tie on cushions but would prefer to replace the actual cover.

Still looking for dining chairs covers. Thought someone would know somewhere I could purchase or even a good upholsterer?
