Enjoy a small slice of peace midweek.
Generate some mental space to help you through to the end of the week.
New 40 minute weekly mindfulness classes starting Wednesday nights in August. 8pm at the Methodist Church, Liphook.

The classes will be £5 each. Pay as you go.
Your daughter would be welcome as long as you are there as well.
I’m intending to start the classes on Wednesday 1st August.
