Cafe Shift Manager - Midhurst - caroline cheshire (17th Jul 2018 - 11:29:56) This very popular cafe in Midhurst is looking for an exceptional shift manager. When we say exceptional we mean that you want more than just a job. You want to work in a business that makes you feel good. You will really care about our amazing team of staff, suppliers and customers. We are more than just a cafe. We see ourselves as an important part of this growing West Sussex town and value every customer who walks through the door. You will need to have had experience with managing a cafe. You will be able to manage and motivate staff and run the rota. You’ll also be creative with ideas to keep the menu and cafe on trend and looking fresh. You’ll be familiar with social marketing and running the Instagram and Facebook page. The main qualifications are that you are upbeat, friendly, high energy, flexible, a positive person, who seriously enjoys running cafes and creating an incredible team around you and a positive experience for customers. Working closely with our other amazing shift manager you will run the cafe 4 days a week, one of these being a rotating weekend day. Applicants should have previous cafe management experience, and a firm grasp on how to run a profitable cafe while providing the very highest standards of food and service.
