Acer tablet

I bought this Acer tablet, mainly for letter writing, Internet, e-mails...now I can't enlarge the size of the letters (font ?) and it's saying 'needs more space' etc., + other stuff.
Is there anyone please who doesn't charge £60 ph who can set me up with thing? 01428 727511
