liphook PEEPING TOM on devils lane

Just to make everyone aware that at 7am in devils lane this morning i was stood in my living room in my nightware and a tall grey haired man with a blue top on was stood on my drive taking pictures please all be aware that liphook has a peeping tom. Police are being informed

Isn't Devils Lane being closed for 5 days this month? Perhaps he was taking some before photographs.

Thanks for the warning - clearly nothing is sacred - Tell him if he wants the scare of his life - that would certainly put him off for life - to come round to mine - Mind you he would probably have a heart attack so may be not - more work for the overworked emergency services - even if they could get through the morning rush.
