Best Pub to Watch World Cup in or very near Liphook

A truly dedicated, World Cup loving pub with big screen, not the sort of pub that reluctantly puts the telly on quietly in the corner for such an occasion! I would appreciate any recommendations please!

Yes open to everyone, also has good bar food resonable prices.
