Hermes - missing parcel Passfield area - N (4th Jan 2018 - 15:21:38)
Have you today received 2 parcels by mistake?
Tracking shows items delivered to secure location (I was in all day and know that they haven't been here!) We have searched EVERYWHERE outside and asked our neighbours to no avail.
Items from BOOHOO and Debenhams. Hermes have no customer service, webchat just says item delivered . So cross !! Hermes - sort it out! We pay good money for our goods at least deliver them to the right address!!!

Hermes are hopeless! They once left a parcel in a tree at bottom of our driveway!

My Hermes delivery ladies are lovely. They all ways leave parcels in a safe place and leave a card to say they have delivered. I can leave returns out and again they leave a card. Never had a problem.

Passfield can be a problem for couriers who are unfamiliar with the area. Most of the houses don't have numbers, only names.
Our local Royal Mail posties are so good - they know the names of every house - but the couriers are only good if they are given a straightforward road and number.
I wish companies like Debenhams etc would support the post office rather than the cheapie-couriers.

You need to contact the retailer from whom you bought the goods and lodge a complaint with them. They will pursue Hermes on your behalf to find out what's happened to your delivery.

Bought a house name and number plaque for this very reason . Clearly visible from the road yet they (hermes) still fail!
Oh and thanks to whoever put my (wet) parcels on the doorstep last night .
Next step - buy an illuminated sign !

Before placing your order ask the supplier which courier company they use. I will not buy from any company that use Hermes.

Missing Parcel Liphook area - I too have had a parcel go missing from (Debenhams), Hermes website says it was left in a secure location, so secure i can't find it!! I have filed a "non delivery" claim with Hermes, hope I get a positive response or maybe my parcel will show up!!
