liphook youth club
- kayleigh rigby (30th Dec 2017  12:23:37)

hello adults of liphook, some of you may know me im kayleigh and i am the lead worker and run the liphook youth club (for years 7-11) and have done so for quite a few years now, we sadly had to shut it for a couple of months before christmas because of a couple of clashes of the young people and because of a lack of volunteers :/

in the new year we are looking to reopen so this is why im writing this, we have had meetings and done some changes to the youth club...BUT we are still needing some more volunteers so here is some details for you...

  • you need to be 18 or over,
  • doesnt matter if your male or female,
  • you must have patience and
  • you can spare 2 hours on a monday evening 6.30pm-830pm during term time, you dont even have to do EVERY monday

having a dbs check and a craft / cooking / hobby that you could share with the young people is a bonus but is NOT a must

if any one is interested please reply here, contact myself on the youth club facebook page or private message, you could also e-mail john tough (also a long term volunteer) on johntough@johntough.co.uk

look forward to hearing from some of you :D

Hi Kayleigh
I'd be interested in helping out - I'll email John, but just wanted to let you know!

Liphook Youth Club reopens tonight Monday 8th January at 6:30pm in the Millennium Centre but only for young people in school years 7 to 9. Next Monday will only be for those in years 10 and 11. It will then continue for years 7 to 9 one week and for years 10 and 11 the next.
