Lloyd’s chemist
- Pauline (29th Dec 2017  15:15:53)

I would like to thank the staff in the chemist for all there help.
They are doing a good job, but to all you very rude bad tempered customers sort yourselves out the staff don’t deserve the ABUSE you have (are) giving them.

I agree Pauline, I was embarrassed by the rudeness of the people queuing a few days ago. They are always very busy in there, yet are always polite to the customers. Please people treat them with some respect

Did the moaners know they opened on Christmas Day without complaint.

Agree there is never an excuse for abuse or rudeness. However I can see how frustrating it is for people when they pop in to pick up a prescription that was dropped off 5 days ago only to be told it has not been made up and there is a 30 minute wait. Having already waited 10 mins to reach the front of the queue. They are very busy and their set up doesn't suit everyone.

I either order on line or put the repeat slip in at the doctor's ten days before I would run out of any of my tablets. That way they always seem to be ready when I call to collect. You can also ring up to find out if the prescription is ready - although I appreciate that this takes someone away from dispensing for a few minutes -and they will almost certainly have your prescription ready if you tell them when you will call. I know it is irritating to have to wait in the chemist - a few extra seats placed out of the way would be helpful !
