Emails to Liphook village surgery

Just to make you aware that the surgery have shut down the prescription request email address without notification and people are not receiving bounceback notifications if they send to the address. I only discovered this after three requests went unanswered and I popped in to find out what was happening.

Was wondering why my repeat prescription request had been ignored twice.

May I ask how we can now request a repeat prescription if we don't have our repeat slip? Do we need to write a letter?

Forms in reception of surgery as before all went electronic

You can apparently apply for electronic access to all sorts, including a messaging system.

It can also be done online, although I have not done this yet. When I have sent email to request a repeat prescription I had email back to say this service had been shut done.
