Pavements are for walking on

To the considerate driver of a land rover registration number OY16DTV parked on avenue close at about ap15.15 hrs picking up their little darlings from school I must say thank you for parking on the pavement I was walking my dog on the same pavement obviously I could not get past on said pavement so had to walk onto the road a most dangerous feat. I always thought pavements were for walking on and roads were for driving and parking on. An accident waiting to happen.
