Winter fitness

Now that the darker evenings have set in, can anyone recommend any fitness/bootcamp style classes in Liphook and the surrounding area?

Contact Jack at afterburn fitness, he runs a fantastic circuit at Liphook Junior School on a Monday evening for only £5.

Hi, I started with Andrew at Trailblazer fitness a couple of months ago. He runs classes all over locally so check out his website.
The classes are pretty tough but you can do as much as you feel you can & of the 8 or so I’ve been to no 2 have been the same yet so you won’t get bored!!
