Person with van for garage clearance required

Does anyone have a recommendation for a reliable person, with appropriate vehicle, who can remove contents from a garage and dispose of it correctly at the tip. Is a permit required?
Contents include old ikea bookcases, shelves, flat boxes and other assorted detritus.
