Liphook courtesy cars - paulirley@hotmail.com (19th Oct 2017 - 08:04:15) I am a regular user of this taxi company, being the only one in Liphook, and time after time I, like many others, are fed up with being let down either by taxis being late or not turning up at all and quite frankly we have all had enough. This taxi company, when it was just Courtesy Cars, was always very reliable, but since the MERGER, when you would think there would be more drivers, it has got worse. Come on you lot look after your regulars or we will all go elsewhere and you will only have yourselves to blame. In the meantime if you are going to be late GIVE US A CALL!!

Since the merge it has been terrible, on a few occasions they have not turned up leaving me with no other option to get Home to pets etc. Mark I believe is also particularly rude - Mic is fantastic and should set up on his own They have let me down so many times that I now turn to Apple who I ask hear many bad things about and have experienced some myself but at least they turn up!

All there drivers are polite and helpful and make sure I'm home safe before they drive off

If they are going to be late and they always let me know ahead of time, or they give me a call. The drivers there are all friendly and drive safely. They are always welcoming and polite. They also prepare there journeys ahead of time. What is the point of putting this thread on Liphook - Talkback there is no point just call them up or visit there office next to the station. Why dont you try and run a taxi firm, it is not easy, have some respect.

Mark and Steve particularly are wonderful drivers and have never let us down. They even drove the bridesmaids to my daughters wedding last year without a hitch. Some come on Liphook, get behind our local guys and support them; we'd all be lost without a taxi service for the village!

I would like to wish them all the best of luck in the future, but I feel the time has come to form my own venture Maple Cars. As with all mergers/partnerships operational ideas became compromised and although we tried to solve it with dialogue I’m afraid the time has come to part company.
