Yes it will be soon time to carve the gravy and pour the turkey
So instead of struggling with your carving knives why not give them a good sharpening ( along with all those garden tools your are tucking away in the shed ready for spring time )
Why not use your local sharpening service GPR Woodturning
along the Portsmouth road also some lovely hand turned presents come and see at the next Producers market in the village hall.
Oh well time to dose the Christmas cake with another glass of sherry ( One for the cake and one for the cook )
And may I say Merry Christmas to all of Liphook

On the strength of this posting I took my kitchen knives to be sharpened and have to say, I am very pleased with the results. They are now super sharp and ready to tackle anything and I was only charged £2 per knife - bargain.
