New care home in Passfield

I was looking at the plans for the Passfield Oak today.
Quite interesting.
I assume they realise that all the staff will be driving in - plus the visitors?

I'm not sure how many staff and visitor you will get for a 12 bedroom nursing home?
I believe there are about 20 parking spaces. That may be way more than required or a vast underprovision - I have no idea.
