Fairway - Liphook 1950's

I would be grateful if anyone could tell me where a house called Fairway was, or still is, in Liphook - I believe it may have been owned by a Mrs. Marriott who could have been Irish.
My parents lodged there in 1950.

There is a Fairway Close, near to the Longmoor Road, A3 end, all the houses seem fairly recently built, perhaps a bigger house was knocked
down to build the close. The Liphook Preservation society have a small
information centre in Liphook, there may be more history there.
