Need a reliable Central Heating engineer

Hi, I need a CH engineer to set up a separate radiator loop (zone) to part of the house. Have had 4 plumbers in, all promised to quote, only 1 did. When I accepted he no-showed. Shame. Anyone know a reliable & competent plumber? Cheers.

Tom Newman has done some good work for me in the past. He is British Gas trained and lives in Liphook.
