Runner with two Labradors

It is 11.45 and I have just passed a lady running along the Liphook/ Passfield road with two Labradors.
I wonder how she would feel if she was wrapped up in a fur coat, put on a lead and made to run in this heat, not very happy I would guess- so why make her poor dogs do it.

I think its known as exercise and its very good for dogs and most breeds are better at jogging speed than humans. Accepted heat makes the exercise harder on both her and the dogs but think you should give the owner the benefit of the doubt, given she can actually be bothered with the hassle of taking them out for a run its fairly clear she thinks about the dogs health and wellbeing. Id be very confident she knows the dogs limits and sorts them plenty of water post workout.
