Slimming world - Claire (15th Aug 2017 - 22:21:21) Hello all Just wanting to celebrate the people of Liphook getting trimmer!! A fabulous Tuesday night total loss of 85lb was achieved by the 5.30 and 7.30 groups. We are a friendly bunch , come and join us on a Tuesday evening in the village hall 5.30 or 7.30 We have members of all ages (men & women so don't be shy guys!!) Re: Slimming world - Claire (29th Aug 2017 - 21:35:42) Hello All A fabulous 75lb loss achieved by the 5.30 and 7.30 groups tonight ,which following a bank holiday weekend is fab! Lots of inspiration, motivation and support. 16 weeks to Christmas, losing just 1lb a week would see you a stone lighter, losing 2lb a week would see you two dress sizes smaller (unless you are one of our lovely gents ...... in that case dresses are optional ;) Come and join us at Liphook village hall on Tuesday evenings. Sessions are 5.30 and 7.30. Consultant is Julie Glue and you can be sure of a warm welcome x
