Self Defence classes - Glen Robertson (11th Aug 2017 - 09:59:50) Fusion Defence are starting weekly self defence classes in September at the Liphook Methodist church. Classes will be held on Thursday nights at 8.00pm for an hour. The classes are aimed at adults of all ages and will incorporate simple and easy to learn exercises and techniques to help keep you safe. Glen has over 35 years martial arts experience and has taught many students to be more aware and better at looking after themselves. It isn't a course of a set number of weeks, just an opportunity to come along and learn and practice. I'm going to discuss with those that come along and try to tailor the classes to deal with the issues people want to deal with. Regards Glen
