Cat grooming

Can anyone recommend someone to trim my cat? He's got quite a few matts but when I try and get them he bites me! Doesn't mind being brushed just not the matt teasing.
I've had a quote from the vet but wondering if grooming is similar price.

Soos mobile cat grooming. I met her at CPL Haslemere but have not used her. There is a website.
