liphook in bloom trimming

just wondered why the above were cutting out the overhanging bush in lay-by by bus shelter on Portsmouth Road this morning ?

proberley fed up waiting for the council to do it been ducking under it for 2-3 months
just imagine if everybody looked after the area outside there house and kept things neat and tidy what an improvement
not snagging on overhanging brambles or branches no weeds at the back of footpaths NO LITTER ( not holding breath for that to happen )
