Dead pale coloured cat on Longmoor road

I have just driven past a light coloured cat that was unfortunately dead. It is near where they are doing roadworks on Longmoor road and is on the pavement. Sorry I wasn't able to stop...I had lots of moving traffic behind me. I also have my young son with me who would get upset..:(

Thank you for whoever took our poor beloved Jack to the vets as they called around 9.20am to let us know the sad news.

I'm glad he has been 'claimed' as hate to think he was just left there. We have a cat ourselves and would hate our cat to lie somewhere unclaimed. I'm sorry I wasn't able to take him to the vets to be scanned but thought the next best thing was to post what we'd seen on talkback and hope that you weren't on holiday. X
