Epson printer XP-322

Can someone advise on the above?? Paper going through, new cartridges but nothing printing. It's a few steps away from the bin...

We have the same printer, I feel your pain! It sounds like the printer is not able to communicate with your PC. Check the settings first, then if you have a registry cleaner installed on your system, run it and finally try printing again.

Apologies for stating the obvious, but when you put the new cartridges in I assume you removed all the labels that cover the air inlet and the ink outlet on each cartridge? I don't use Epson cartridges so I can't describe what sort of labels/tabs they come with. It's certainly worth removing the cartridges and checking.

Have you pressed the buttons marked 'Push' on the cartridges to release the ink. This is a common mistake people make by not doing it.
