Outdoor fitness class - Andrew Whittle (30th Jul 2017 - 07:02:04) Hi everyone,I posted this on fb to see if there is any demand for a new outdoor fitness class in liphook: I work as a PT and running coach and have been asked to start an outdoor bootcamp class in Liphook. I was wondering if there is demand for a midweek evening class, would anyone be interested? My sessions are varied and incorporate boxing, running, HIIT, functional training and Crossfit conditioning workouts. They are tough but enjoyable! 🙂 www.trailblazer-fitness.co.uk I need to do a bit more research and find a venue but I would be looking to start the sessions at the end of August or first week in September. If anyone is interested and has a view on the venue and day of the week please let me know. Thanks
