Steel Band for Carnival

Slightly strange request but I know the people of Liphook can help me out with this one!
We have a found a fabulous steel band that we want to perform in the square and then in the procession on Carnival night this year. All we need now is a 45ft lorry (could be smaller there are 25 artists performing) to take them round.
Can anyone help???? Carnival is 28th October.

Just bumping up! Would be so good to have a steel band in the carnival procession.

Have you approached any of the haulage companies in the area - they may be willing to help - also highlight the publicity for them - Try Frederick Millers ( On A 3) though may be a bit far for them )

Could they not be on 2 smaller vehiclesor flat trailers?
